When reporting a problem with an archive, please include the error message shown by the app and, if possible, the approximate size of the file. Never send us the archive itself unless we ask: Fileglass runs in your browser and we normally don't need your data to diagnose an issue.

Is my file uploaded anywhere? No. All processing happens locally in your browser; there is no server that receives file content.

Which permissions does the app use? Only Google Drive™'s drive.file scope, which grants access solely to files you explicitly open with the app.
